Networking is HOT!!

Ok, I'm a bit fixated on the "hot" part...it continues to be well-above normal temps here at CSTI. But the networking is truly amazing! 

I just had lunch with our organizer, EJ Juarez, and two leadership team members from Central WA Progress, Leslie Wahl and Gina Popovic. Coming together at CSTI gives us a chance to reflect on our work, hear from others' best practices and get energized to move our organization forward! 

I got to introduce them to some long-term friends, Mala and Vega, who are the principals of a great new organization, Creative Collaborations. They provide a lot of back-office support to small progressive organizations.

And then Teresa Mosqueda walks by. She is the advocacy person at the Children's Alliance. There certainly is great opportunity to tie in their work to Central WA. 

I think CSTI provides great value in the incredible workshops they offer. 

But as valuable are the connections we take home.
