Dear Friend,
Summer
is finally here and we are excited to roll out our fourth VOTE Project
and our new website. Later this month we will welcome close to 400
activists and organizers to our 19th CSTI (Community Strategic Training
Initiative). If you are not registered for CSTI but will be in
Portland, we hope you can join us for a celebration dinner on August 1.

month marked many turning points – the escalation of the health care
debate, the passing of a pop star, the first day of summer. At the
Center, we are celebrating the smashing success of our third VOTE
(Voter Organizing, Training & Empowerment) Project and rolling our

Comunidades, un resumen de nuestro trabajo con las organizaciones que
funcionan en las comunidades de color y que TIENEN tenían interés en
promover la igualdad LGBTQ. Ya tenemos ¡Uniendo a Las Comunidades en
