They use a combination of mobilization, strategic research, popular education, actions, media campaigns and policy formulation to advance immigrants' rights and to build power in communities of color to advocate and participate in the political process.

Gender Neutral Bathrooms cover

One of the places where oppression happens is in bathrooms. Many Trans people face harassment in bathrooms that can lead to anything from deep discomfort to being arrested for being in the “wrong” bathroom or even physical violence and death.

By designating gender neutral and gender-specific bathrooms, you can acknowledge the needs of trans folks without excluding those who feel more comfortable in a gender-specific bathroom. This way, everyone is able to use the facilities in comfort. This tool includes signs you can use to transform existing gender-specific bathrooms to gender-neutral.
