Using Human Rights to Make Wedge Issues Work for Us

We will examine recent anti-LGBTQ, anti-choice, and racist ballot measures and learn ways to organize across issues and constituencies through an integrated human rights framework. By moving from an issue-based to a rights-based strategy, we can develop proactive strategies to create community accountability and build a social justice movement that remains relevant in a rapidly changing political and economic environment.
