Ken Toole
Ken Toole is the vice-chairman of the Public Services Commission of Montana.
Ken Toole is the vice-chairman of the Public Services Commission of Montana. Previously, Ken served as a Montana Senator for 6 years, representing central Helena. In the 2005 session Ken served as Chairman of Senate Energy and Telecommunications Committee, Vice Chair of Senate Taxation Committee and Vice Chair Natural Resources Committee. Ken Toole was a Founder of the Montana Human Rights Network, a human rights advocacy organization dedicated to promoting equality, justice and pluralism, and Founder and Chair of the Policy Institute, a Montana based "think tank" focusing on economic issues including energy, taxation, health care and corporate reform.
