While racial justice and health equity advocates are well versed in the impact of inequity on communities, moving from community organizing to public policy change remains a challenge. This workshop will help demystify the public policy process, provide suggestions for identifying champions inside bureaucracies, and help bridge the gap between community organizers and the bureaucracies they want to influence.
