This workshop will provide an overview of the fund development planning process to help you get a handle on building an effective fundraising operation. Participants will assess their fundraising readiness and chart their own planning process. We will cover: creating an effective case statement, conducting an organizational needs assessment, building an organizational fundraising manual, and simple tips for involving volunteers in fundraising.
