The Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health (ICAH) Toolkit: Organizing for School Board Policy Change is intended for beginner organizers interested in working with school communities to improve or change local policies related to sexual health education while keeping young people at the center of that change. The toolkit highlights tools for reproductive justice advocates as well as mainstream sex ed advocates to broaden their frames around access to education as an equity and justice issue.
