The urgency of our work sometimes means that supervision, evaluation and work plans can fall by the wayside. We will cover tools and techniques for managing our time as supervisors to prioritize working with staff and volunteers in a manner that creates shared expectations, timely feedback, accountability, self direction, support and a healthy space for personnel growth and development.
