This workshop centers on the techniques of Theater of the Oppressed, which is used internationally for community problem solving and social change. Participants will learn formats to promote direct action, community dialogue, and problem solving around issues of race, class, culture, gender, immigration, religion, sexual orientation, etc. This workshop will integrate participants’ stories into interactive theater pieces.
