Leadership development is woven into all our programs and projects. We focus on the range of qualities, skills, and relationships that encompass the broad category of leadership development. We believe that quality leadership development is a critical component to organizational sustainability and more importantly, the needed catalyst for continued social change innovation. People power is what fuels social change.
