We have negotiated discount airfares for this conference with United and Alaska Airlines. You are responsible for making all your travel arrangements. We are merely providing this information in hopes that you may save a small amount on your travel costs.
Alaska: Call Alaska at 1-800-445-4435 and refer to meeting ID # CMR5055. That will entitle you to a 5% discount. The phone number listed is a special number - not the regular reservation number - that must be called in order for the meeting discount to apply. The discount is valid for travel to/from Portland between July 30 and August 8.
United: Call United at 1-800-521-4041 and refer to meeting ID# 592UJ. The discount on United is 10% if booked at least 60 days before the flight, or 5% if booked less than 60 days.
